Aventura Hotel truly exceeded my expectations during my recent stay in Merida. The moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted with a warm smile from the attentive staff at the 24-hour front desk. They made me feel like a VIP, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel was clean and the staff was super nice. It's located very close to the city center - just a few blocks away - so it's easy to get around. I found a great food market just two blocks away where you can get amazing meals for affordable prices. it's a great value for the location and the service provided.

Our stay at Aventura was a hidden gem. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the local cafes, museums, and cultural events in the city. The laid-back atmosphere made us feel like we were experiencing the "real" Mexico. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, always going above and beyond to assist us. The rooms were clean and basic with good air conditioning, hot water, and reliable WIFI. We also appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly, as we were traveling with our furry companion. we had a great experience at Aventura and would highly recommend it.

The location was particularly good for me, enough close to the city center. A few times I ate at El Capricho Buffet, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. Booked a room with the basics.

We would still consider staying here again, this hotel met what we needed. Satisfied with the property, it's a lovely base for staying in Merida. The staff is amicable and accommodates all of guests' needs.

One of the highlights of my stay was the delightful garden at the hotel. It was like stepping into a lush oasis, with vibrant plants and blooming flowers creating a serene atmosphere. I felt like I was in a botanical paradise, sipping my morning coffee amidst the chirping birds and gentle breeze.
